In your interview, you're also extremely likely to be asked specific about web development and technical questions.
The following questions will give you a good idea on what kinds of questions to expect. Though this list is by no means comprehensive.
You should make sure that you can answer questions such as these easily off the top of your head. Also remember to stay up to date
with the latest industry news. It's quite possible you'll be asked to talk about a particular topic that is realted to web development,

Web standards
- What is the W3C and what does it do?
- What is HTML validation Do you ever validate your HTML? Why?
- What is the current W3C recomendation for hypertext markup?
- What are web standards?
Accessibility
- What is the W3C's web accessibility initiative and what does it do?
- What are the web content accessibility guidelines produced by the W3C?
- What is meant by A, AA, AAA, accessibility comformance?
- List 3 ways that content can be made more accessible to visually impaired users
Design
- How would you decide which browsers your company's web design should support? and why?
- Faced with the choice among using tables, layer and frame for a new website design, which would you choose? Why?
- What is your knowledge about user-centred design?
- At what stage/s of the development lifecycle should end users be involved? And what do you think about the advantages of letting user invole in the developing process.
Knowledge
- How do you keep your web design/development knowledge up to date?
- Do you read any web development related blogs/articals? Which ones? What do you like about these?
- Do you participate in any web development related online transactions? Which ones? What do you like about these?
- What web-related conferences have you been to recently?
- Do you use XHTML and JavaScript? Describe the projects you've used them in.

- What skills and technologies are you the most interested in improving upon or learning?
